Unavailable to individuals and VERY important for your business credibility. In fact, you can’t work with children or in schools without it. Teamtheme has invested in becoming a CRB Registered Body so that our Owner Operators have a distinct advantage.

Central Support
We will constantly run publicity to encourage a healthy flow of part time coaching assistants. All applicants or calls will be passed on to the relevant territory. We will continue to grow the Owner Operator Network to ensure you remain part of THE BIGGEST AND BEST coaching organisation around.
If you need it we’ve already designed it for you and laid down a template for you to use. Time Sheets, School Report Forms, Letters, Brochures, Diaries, Registers, and Business Cards etc. It’s all there for you at the touch of a button. Our full colour Summer and ASC Brochures are very impressive and available to you whenever you need them.

Assesments & Quality Control
TT will plan and execute a programme of continuous quality assessments all around the network. This means that you, your team leaders and courses will be regularly assessed to ensure that you are delivering the high quality and value for money that Teamtheme is known for. Assessments are not supposed to be punitive; they are constructive and could often highlight areas where extra training or tuition is needed to maintain minimum acceptable standards. It is distinctly in EVERYONE’S interest that we maintain a consistent standard so that we can continue to proudly announce that we are the country’s number one provider of fun, football and youth development.

Public Liability Insurance
PL insurance is so important that we have sourced it and will pay for it for you to ensure that you and the kids are covered. AFCT will administer the policies for you and allow you to benefit from our purchasing power in keeping premiums down. PL is notoriously expensive and it is Teamtheme’s strength that allows us to keep you affordably legal with at least £2,000,000 of cover.

Training
Ongoing and indefinite assistance and support from our team of National Trainers. Familiarisation for new staff by way of classroom and on pitch coaching. One to one, by e-mail, by video …. When you’re with us we’ll always be there for you when needed. Our training is designed to make you successful and to ensure that you deliver the best possible quality and service in your territory. The training starts when you kick off but there is NO final whistle.

www.teamtheme.com is your very best sales tool and illustrates to schools that you represent a company with longevity, high standards & trustworthiness. The pages spell out our policies on ethics, nutrition & confidence. The ‘Feedback’ & ‘Schools List’ sections back up the recommendations that are scanned in for all to see. Our on-line shop reflects strength, brand, quality & presence. The ‘Trophy Winners’ pages show just how much we want to do for the kids & is an impressive archive of satisfaction, success & happiness.
The intranet makes your life easier and importantly, keeps you legal by backing up your sensitive data, giving it secure protection at all times. Our internal e-mail system enables effective & efficient communication. It ensures that you are never alone but one of hundreds of ‘teamtheme.coms’. TT maintain and improve the website & intranet on your behalf on a very regular basis.

The intranet contains everything you need to run, maintain, administer and grow your business. Accessed by pass codes, the system will be ‘closed’ to the public. A TYA owner will be able to run the entire ‘off the pitch activity’ from their PC over the web.

TT Merchandise
TT spend all the time it takes to make sure that you have a massive edge in schools and that you leave a lasting memory of your visit by way of the excellent prizes & trophies we provide. Added potential as a Teamtheme Owner Operator:
