You will represent TT in approximately 100 or more schools in your locality. Your
task will be to bring our excellent services to as many children as possible by
promoting our exciting programmes to Head Teachers and PE Co-Ordinators.
Managing a TYA is a demanding role as you must be able to organise your team to
deliver quality football coaching to high standards every day and throughout the
school holidays. As the Head Coach you must ensure that all planning and dministrative tasks are completed in good time and be capable of working out your diary up to six months in advance. Teamtheme’s training people will support you all the way but you will be allowed to run at your own speed and in your own style but within our well-practised and successful framework for the delivery of courses. Your underlying aim will be to deliver FUN, FOOTBALL and YOUTH DEVELOPMENT in abundance to the kids in your own community. What could be better than that?
Your Costs
When you join us you will be given an exclusive territory to call your own. In this
defined area, YOU are TEAMTHEME. As with all businesses there are some costs
involved in the delivery of your service. You will need to pay your assistant coaches &
for the children’s branded prizes for example. You will also pay a fixed contribution to
Teamtheme’s Central Services dept’. This payment will include the provision of the
essential Public Liability insurance that your business needs & cannot operate
without. You will enjoy unlimited & total support from both your local TT regional office
& directly from HQ in Leyland. If we could live on satisfaction & recognition alone we would live very well as a
Teamtheme Coach. With Teamtheme’s long proven methods, you can quickly
establish your business to generate a very healthy & regular income, and that’s even

to school etc. You may decide to develop your better players and form a
team to enter into the local youth league. This is the sort of job that

profile within schools our Head Coaches can earn a salary that
